The Keysight N2870A Series passive probes are compact, with a probe diameter of only 2.5 mm, low input capacitance, and a variety of fine-pitch probe accessories. They are ideal tools for probing high-density IC components or surface mount devices in today's high-speed digital applications. The sharp probe tip is spring-loaded to prevent the probe tip from slipping off the device under test. The insulated IC cap keeps the thin probe tip centered on the IC lead, preventing the probe tip from shorting to adjacent leads. The standard flat-foot ground connector and self-adhesive copper ground terminal help reduce ground inductance while providing easy access to the ground. Optional probe accessories also provide specific features for demanding applications. Compatible with Keysight InfiniiVision and Infiniium Series oscilloscopes with 1 MΩ input. This probe is shipped with Keysight 9000 Series Infiniium oscilloscopes.
